Once Again, the Illinois Camaro Club Volo Cruise & Picnic had an outstanding turnout on Sunday, July 13th. We had a total of (62) I.C.C. members including family & friends and (35) Camaro's were on display to show with a few "Wanna-Be's". The First pick-up point was located at the Fuddrucker's Restaurant, 1000 Rohlwing Road in Addison and the Second, was located at the CITGO Food/Gas Mart located on Rt.12 & Quentin Road in Kildeer.

The Weather was very cooperative for our annual Cruise & Picnic. Our I.C.C. members received a discount for a tour of the Volo Auto Museum. After the tour, everyone satisfied their appetite with either a choice of a Jumbo Hot Dog, Brat, or Polish Sausage provided by the club. Many "Thanks" go out to all members who brought either a "Dish" or "Goodies" to pass at the picnic.

I'd like to send a "Special" Thanks to Volo Auto Museum for letting use the Picnic Grounds and the Discount for the Tour. I appreciate Chris Peters help in organizing the Cruise this year, as well as, serving and grilling at the picnic. Also, the help I received from Diane Peters and my wife, Linda for setting up the picnic area. You both made everything run smoothly.

A "BIG" Thank you goes out to Al & Judy Skwira for the use of their Weber Grill. "Two grills are a lot better then one" and it helped to move the line along. And...No one left there HUNGRY!

It was so good to see Old and New I.C.C. Members together in a social gathering and hear many express what an enjoyable time they had. This is definitely what this club is about! Hopefully, we'll continue to do this event next year and many more years ahead! Until then, Stay Well and Drive Safely.
